Community Advisory Board
Inside Our Minds’ Community Advisory Board was created in August 2019 to help with overall operations, outreach, idea sharing, and fundraising. We are looking for committed individuals who would like to get more involved in our community and are passionate about radical mental health.
The Community Advisory Board is currently paused but will be accepting applications from individuals in the near future.
The specific scope of work of the Community Advisory Board includes 1) brainstorming new ideas for programming and outreach, while identifying the necessary pathways, tools, skills, and materials to make these ideas come to life; 2) contributing to fundraising efforts for the organization, whether through fundraiser event organization, donor identification and outreach, or additional input and resources; 3) creating short-term and long-term recommendations and reports, which will help the Inside Our Minds Team provide programming to the radical mental health community in Pittsburgh; and 4) assessing the community impact of programming and identifying routes for improvement.
